Dunkwa Best Buy connects customers with independent sellers and delivery partners across Ghana. Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Orders are subject to seller acceptance, product availability and serviceable delivery zones. Prices, delivery charges and service fees are displayed before checkout. Refunds, returns and cancellations are handled according to the product, seller and platform policies shown at the time of order. Customers must not misuse the platform, submit false information, abuse riders or sellers, or make fraudulent payment claims.

Dunkwa Best Buy may contact customers by phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp or app notification for order, payment, delivery, safety and support purposes.
